One thing I learned watching an interview with the creators of The Umbrella Academy is that, for obvious reasons, children aren't allowed to be on set when a gun is being fired. If you watch the first episode of The Umbrella Academy there is a scene where Number Five, brilliantly played by then 13 year old Aiden Gallagher, is the target of an assassination attempt by a black ops groups. Luckily his character can blink through time and space because he wasn't allowed to be on set when any guns were going off. (Please not and excuse me for not talking more indepth about gun laws and especially around children and on film sets. I think we're all learning that the rules should be hella stritck and real guns should never be used. I'm not going to participate in any debates) I just thought this fact could have gone on this list.

I worked for Disney years ago (in a restaurant, not as an actress) and their rules were very strict. I think they have lightened up a bit now. The men couldn't have facial hair and no one could have tattoos. There were also approved styles for the way that we could wear our hair. Oh. And the hair color had to be natural.
Also. This is totally off-topic, but I live in north Jersey near where the Jonas Brothers are from. I've met both Nick and Kevin randomly while out and about. (On two separate occasions. They weren't together) Kevin and I actually go to the same dermatologist. I'm hoping to one day run into Joe so that I can complete the trifecta.

Disney wants their young male actors to look pure. Boy that's a laugh. Disney worrys about the small stuff. Disney needs to the rest of everybody else who works for them and some of the trashy movies they come out with. JMO. Have a great day everyone

Fun Fact: Judd Apatow wanted to use real footage of a woman giving birth in Knocked Up, but had to change it, due to child labour laws citing that the child required a work permit. Anne Hathaway reportedly left the project due to this.

the beard thing happened to big time rush too. they couldnt show their facial hair or tattoos in the show cuz they were passing off as teenagers in it when they were actually 20 in the beginning and 23/24 in the end
