I love Beyonce and I do think she's one of the best performers of our generation, but to me it's somewhat baffling how at the tender age of 41 she has already won more Grammy Awards than any other people, dead or alive. Meanwhile, musical legends who are considerably better with bigger impact in music and has been in the music industry far longer than Beyonce have/had won only a fraction of that or even none at all. Names such as Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Patti Labelle, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross. should I go on) have/had fewer wins than Beyonce. Heck even the legendary Diana Ross has won NONE so far, even though she has been singing and performing far longer than Beyonce.
And remember the controversy when Billie Eilish clean swept the entire major categories at the Grammys a few years back? That year, she won all four main categories AOTY, ROTY, SOTY as well as best new artist + best pop vocal album, bringing a total of 5 wins for Eilish. all at the age of 16. Heck it took Mariah Carey almost 20 years to be able to win 5 Grammies since the start of her career and unlike Eilish, she has never won AOTH, ROTH or SOTY so far. So what Mariah Carey achieved in decades, Billie Eilish achieved that in one single year alone and she did all that even before turning 18. How crazy is that?

Im not a fan of the Grammys at all, but one artist winning over another isnt a scandal in my opinion. Not everyone can win. Thats life. The people you like arent always going to win. So what? Its not the end of the world. More important things like the Rap category not being broadcast should be considered scandals. The boys club mentality that runs the voting system for who gets nominated and wins is a scandal. Someone winning over someone else may be shocking, but its not a scandal.

If you gonna talk about Justin and Janet, you cant cut the story after 2006. Theyve made peace and have spoken to each other. Leaving off there makes it seem like theyre both at the same place roughly 20 years later. Some people dont follow both or either and dont listen to interviews since where both have said theyve made peace which makes fans continue to say dumb stuff about the situation like Justin wasnt in his early 20s and is now in his 40s.

The fact that Macklemore won over Kendrick Lamar is still the worst thing to the Hip Hop category outside of the 1989 not airing the award. Plus the fact that Kendrick's career and Good Kid Maad City have aged as well as it has shows even more how much of a mistake it was.

Justin Timberlake shouldnt have allowed at the Grammy Awards, he caused the wardrobe malfunction! Also Milli Vanilli didnt deserve to relinquish their awards, they were ahead of their time, lot of modern pop singers arent using their real voices anyways!
