I just chuckle at how a lot of people say they're going through their villain phase but it's literally just them learning to say no. Which I mean, don't get me wrong that can be hard to do but it's not villainous to say no or maintain boundaries. It really should just be the norm.

I am surprised Goodbye Earl by the Chicks is not on here. I also have a real oldie, Silent Darkness(Smothered Life) by Wrathchild America is a great one. The protagonist digs himself out of his grave after he is murdered and goes out for revenge, haunting those who killed him.
