Before that final episode, Id taken [co-creator/EP] Marta Kauffman to one side, Perry wrote in his memoir titled Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing. Nobody else will care about this except me, I said. So, may I please have the last line? Thats why as we all troop out of the apartment, and Rachel has suggested one last coffee, I got to bring the curtain down on Friends.

I was expecting to see the leather trousers/pants and the actress's reaction when Ross finally emerges and has to cover her face because she's supposed to look horrified, but her eyes are smiling in sheer delight. Reminds me of Roz with the cherry explosion in Frasier. A similar reaction from other actors/actresses.

I heard 2 different stories with the last line of the show, I heard that it was ad libbed and unscripted, and then I heard another story that he requested to have the last line of the show and that's just the line they gave him so, I'm not sure which one was actually true

Worlds worst hangover. was NOT improvised by Jennifer Anniston. I dont know where you get your facts but there is a behind the scenes documentary and this is literally one of the only scenes broken down in the documentary. It was a rewrite, but not by Jen.

Rachel didn't make half a trifle and half a shepherd's pie, she made it with beef which is a COTTAGE pie, a shepherd's pie is made with LAMB, hence the name, shepherd = sheep = lamb. There are also no peas in a shepherd's, or cottage, pie.

She actually did not improvise that line. They did add that line on the day, but during the Making Of Friends documentary, a writer suggests it cause audiences didn't find the mentioning of marriage funny.

I love this show so much. I get defensive when someone says that they had a laugh track. NO. They always taped in front of a live audience unless it was a surprise to get a real reaction from the audience.

After reading his memoir I cant help but watch him now on Friends and know that he was a tortured, lonely, desperate man. He hid it so well. He had it all - but he was so unhappy. So sad.
