You have to understand that the monarchy is more like an institution than a family. Whether you like them or not, whether you like Megan and Harry or not, this family/institution has been going for centuries! I don't personally believe everything the media puts out there about any of them, none of us really know all the secrets; but this definitely makes me think: why did Princess Diana struggle with this family/institution and she went against lots of their traditions but we don't seem to judge her and criticize her but with Harry and Megan, we can't seem to empathize and sympathize with them. You have to remember that Princess Diana also gave many revealing interviews, and we are okay with but not her son's and daughter-in-law. I personally don't really care, at least not that much. Cannot we just leave them alone! Remember she didn't call them family. She called them the establishment

Even if she's gonna be queen on May 6, Camilla will never EVER be able to hold a candle to Diana who is the Queen of Hearts.
I seriously can't blame Diana for having affairs herself since she was seeking for the love she couldn't get from her husband. While I get it that Camilla is Charles' true love, they absolutely had no right to build their happiness over Diana's unhappiness.
I hope when William becomes king he'll posthumously give his mother the title of queen which she deserves.

Diana was a beloved person and used her title to improve the lives of others, however, they were never a suitable match. He should have married Camilla all along. Maybe then, although not making as much of an impact perhaps, Diana might still be with us. Just my opinion of course, in no way factual and no disrespect intended.

Margaret should've been allowed to marry Townsend without having to choose between her privileges and him. This must've been karma for Elizabeth since 3/4 of her kids got divorced. Apparently, it was also because of Margaret's experience that Elizabeth allowed Harry to marry Megan and let them step down.

I do not understand why Charles and Camilla weren't allowed to marry because of her divorcee status at first, but then after Diana had died and a few years passed they were able to marry. Diana suffered and died way too young because of this family's fickle rules.

All this did was really solidify in my mind royals shouldn't exist and the whole establishment is shifty. A lot of philandering and coverups, corruption, absolutely ridiculous expectations of protocal, all while reaping the benefits of inherited privledge.

They are/feel so threatened by intelligent, strong woman, genuinely kind women that the world loves.

Surprised to see that the Easter Crisis of 1920 in the Danish monarchy didn't make the list. It almost meant the end of the Danish monarchy and have kept the royal family from involving themselves too much in politics since.
