I feel so bad for these celebrities not being able to have a personal life but then not taking interviews. It kind of makes sense because now. You don't really have your own privacy and so I get it. I get why you don't want to have top shows because you don't get any privacy
reply

It's understandable why some actors don't do interviews because you know even actors both need and or want privacy, Sure such a thing is difficult when you're a celebrity but even so celebrities have as much of a right to their privacy as anyone else does.

Daniel Day-Lewis doesnt just not do interviews. he vanishes off the face of the earth completely after each movie and resurfaces only for the next one, much like a bear that hibernates during winter.
reply

I can see where Day-Lewis was coming from. Knowing who's behind a performance can break the illusion somewhat. You have to admire him for his dedication to the craft.

Jesse Eisenberg visited my McDonald's. 10 years ago. while filming a movie in Grand Rapids. with Jason somebody. I missed them I was the GM but my crew were starstruck
reply

I recalled that the person who is doing the interview asked inappropriate questions to the actors. I mean the actors have good reasons they dont like interviews.
reply

How about you change the title to Top 10 Actors Who RARELY do interviews, because NEVER means not once, when these people have done it only a few times.
reply

From the top of my head
Kevin Kline
Jojo
Johnny Depp(very seldom)
Sara Paxton
Emilia Clarke
Emma Watson
Kirstin Stewart
Jodi Benson

reply

Bit surprised Harrison Ford didnt make the list. Hes rather notorious for rarely doing interviews and saying very little when he does interviews.
reply

FYI, the person being interviewed is the interviewee and the person conducting the interview is the interviewer, so that last word is wrong.
reply

Probably Hynden Walch mightve been featured on this list, due to her camera shyness, which might mean she rarely does any interviews.
reply

I think Mary Kate and Ashley should have been #1.
They weren't because the public general probably forgot about them.

reply

If anyone wants to be an actor, they have to realize they can become extremely popular. If you dont want this, oh well.
reply

Even jeremy strong. In five years of succession being on air, I think he might have done barely 2-3 interviews
reply

People might call me weird but I wonder, once in a while, what has happened to Dakota Fanning or Ashley Olsen.
reply

I remember reading somewhere how John Candy didnt do a lot of interviews because he found himself boring
reply

Jonah Hill said he would stop doing press interviews a year or so ago because of anxiety or something
