I myself will not see this movie! I find quite a bit hypocritical that a woman who cheated on Elvis, divorced him, had another child by another man she had lived w for many many yrs, has written a book, & talk show after talk show portraying elvis in a bad light! Now this movie! But claims he was the love of her life! Im srry none of it sits right w me! Since Elvis has been gone it all been about keeping herself relevant! Her own daughter lisa Marie did not want this movie to b made, didnt feel parts were actual re her dad. But she went along w it anyway! U could see bfor lisas unfortunate passing during the Elvis movie ceremonies that her & Priscilla did not look very loving together all! Said tensions btween both! Personally i feel Priscilla is using elvis as her lifeline! If he loved her so much as she claims he did after the divorce, then why did he not leave her ANYTHING in his Will! Linda Thompson has said stories arent as claimed. their was quite a bit of animosity frm Elvis as Priscilla had cheated on him! Priscilla wants everyone to believe all she has put out there! To forget he lived w linda for 4 & 1/2 yrs, loved her! Now she has never said one bad comment against Elvis! I believe linda truly loved & tried to help him! Priscilla & Elvis were divorced! Of course he needed to make it look good, im sure he was told better for his reputation! But Elvis had a life after Priscilla that didnt include her! She dosent want anyone to remember that though! & this whole being buried next to Elvis! No thats just not right! Noone but Priscilla wanted that! I'm telling you right now Priscilla has been telling things from way back. And I'm sure some stuff happened but there is alot of stuff that she has lied about made up all so she could stay in the spotlight. And ride her daughter's coattails until Lisa Marie passed. And both Elivs and Lisa Marie changed their wills is they knew how Priscilla was enough was never enough for her. She divorced Elivs and moved on lived with her lover had a son. And if people would go back a pay attention they would see were she has been telling lies and making up stuff. Why so she can stay in the spotlight. And what kind of person files court papers before her daughter Lisa Marie was even buried. And it was because Lisa changed her will cause she wanted her children to get her estate. But Priscilla wasn't having it. So she took money from her grandchildren for her and her son who is Lisa's half brother and they wasn't close but that didn't matter to Priscilla she took money for her and son. To me that should of not happen. Lisa didn't want them to have anything or they would of been in her will and they wasn't. Priscilla don't give a rats Ass about her grandchildren. It's all about the money. So I have no respect for someone like her.

Do people think he was that naive and simple-minded he was taken in by a fourteen-year-old? Give the guy some credit. Jerry Shelling was one of Elvis closes friends and has been close to both Pricilla and Lisa Marie, (Lisa held on to him during her last interview. Being as dedicated as he was to Elvis all these years, do you think he would have been so supportive of Pricilla would have not spoken up against her if she was lying. He's known her since the day she walked into Graceland. He knew about Ann Margaret and he's know Lisa Marie since she was born. Just because Lisa and her mother didn't see eye to eye doesn't mean they didn't love each other. I like Elvis, but let's be honest, he's just a man and like any man he has faults. This is my opinion: Priscilla had been divorced from Elvis since 1972. She's remarried and divorced since then. Since 1972, she has lived like a queen off the Presley name. Lisa was estranged from Priscilla, more often than not. She sues her granddaughter over the Graceland Estate. She demanded and got the right to be buried in the Presley family plot and hasn't been a Presley since 1972. Lisa knew what she was doing when she changed her own will and took Priscilla off and put Riley on. Then, the wonderful Elvis movie came to us. Priscilla was all about that attention. And now she wants HER own movie. I hope folks boycott it. Priscilla Presley has enjoyed the good graces that Elvis' fans have given her far too long. Those good graces rightfully belong to Elvis' blood kin. It's time for Priscilla to STFU and sit down.

I don't believe she was lonely and isolated. She had a car, and an unlimited amount of money to spend. She had affairs, but she couldn't have friends? Does that even make sense? The Smith family tells a different tale about this story. Elvis came back to the states, and got on with his life. Priscilla kept writing and calling, and her parents agreed to send their young daughter over to the US from Germany. What does that say about them? They saw dollar signs in their eyes. I agree, once Elvis found out she was 14, he should have sent her home, and never looked at her again. He paid the price for it. He didn't want to get married. But, he was forced to get married. Maybe someone should make a movie about her parents who basically threw their daughter into his lap.

not only did she get the name wrong curry west it was actually curry grant! and no it was not a hamburger joint it was a military place where the military kids hung around and priscilla used to hang out there. her family knew curry grant and that how she got to know elvis! but in order for her to get to know elvis, she slept with curry grant a few times. priscilla was a wild child she slept with most of the guys her age and she was no virgin when she met elvis! her stepfather was a drunk who used to hit on her friends and priscilla said it herself that she would lock the door at night she feared her stepfather doing something to her.

I was raised a hour from Graceland and am tired of hearing Elvis was a predator or something. She was divorced in 1973 and In 1975 I was married at 15 yrs old too a 20 yr. old. This is common down here you can still marry at 16 in Arkansas and Mississippi. And me 15 him 20 we been married for 48 yrs and traveled all over the United States in the Air Force. We made vows to each other and have never messed around on each other. And I do not believe a word Priscilla says. She was in it for the money, she spent his money, Lisa money. This movie is trash, something to be said about telling your story when your the last one standing. Interesting to note, had she lived Priscillas daughter Lisa Marie planned to speak out against this movie, what you basically have here is Priscillas version of events, that doesnt cement those events as fact, just read some of the books from the group around them and not everything is as it seems.

Just got home from seeing it and it left out so much and details were changed. Like the first time she went through the gates of Graceland, he was with her and made her close her eyes. Small details totally changed the story. Her first movie based on her book from 1988 was way better. (Although this Elvis is better) The 1988 movie had way more details and it was longer, it had 2 parts to it.

Shes been writing off the cocktails of Elvis since he died in 1977 and she weasel her way through to get to him when he came to Germany in 1959 now shes been telling the same story as to when she first met him but she cant keep her stories straight. Shes always changing something, if this doesnt make Priscilla look suspicious, I dont know what will.

I saw the movie and it was very bland. Also, Elvis mumbled so much it made me think I must be going deaf and I wanted subtitles. a lot of the movie looked like it was filmed in the dark and I kept thinking I needed to adjust the brightness of the screen or maybe I needed glasses. So there was a lot that was annoying about the movie.

She still says he was the love of her life, after getting a divorce, having a bastard child that she hid from the world, and living with his father for twenty years. I don't thing the age gap is a bad thing. My hubby is 12 years older than me and it is only now - 30 years on that I feel he is slowing down and I am not. As a mother I would not allow my 14 year old daughter to be involved with a 24 year old man. Never in a million year. But I guess they did it because he was famous and wealthy.

She didn't hear from him when he came back to the states but 9 or 10 times for 2 years. He was with his old girlfriend, the pretty blonde. When they broke up he spoke to Prissy. more. She had a serious boyfriend in Germany at that time. Read Child Bride. It answers a lot of questions that don't make sense about Prissy's story.

can only read 15? This from a women who professed to love him. After this movie I would say her story is in her head only. so sad that her version of Elvis is going to effect Elvis fans especially if the fans became fans after watching Elvis the movie

I do not know this woman. So anything I say is just my opinion. I would feel very poor basing my whole identity on my dead ex-husband for all my life (having been divorced after a few years of marriage. It tastes somehow a little sour and maybe she justs profits from him.

Of course you don't mention that the reason that Elvis gave her pills (and she said she slept for two days) was because she was having bad menstrual cramps. He should have called the doctor, and he didn't. But he did not give her the pills to make her high.
