To all the Harmione shippers out there that only watched the movies
For me, it made sense for Ronmione to happen, since Ron and Hermione had good chemistry in the books, and it ALSO made sense for Harry NOT to have any sort of romantic feelings for Hermione, since in the books, we see Harry's thoughts, which say that he sees Hermione as a sister, and definitely NOT a viable romantic partner.
Also, Harry has a type: Witty, Pretty, Popular, Athletic Girls who like Quiddich and don't show emotion all that much; Hermione is complete opposite in the books: Not conventionelly attractive, Bookish, shy, has NOTHING to do with Quiddich etc. , so OF COURSE harry isn't gonna be into her.
See, the reason ya'll ship Harmione so much is because of a weird bias when it comes to Hermione than to the other girls, as the director's favourite character was Hermione, so in his eyes, HERMIONE should be the one with all the special adaptation treatment, HERMIONE should be the perfect one, and finally, HERMIONE should be the one with the main character; BUT, that left all the other girls underdeveloped, so the movie-only fans didn't see BEAUTIFUL chemistry between Ginny and Harry; They only saw HARMIONE, and shipped it like HELL; so, they got REAL pissed when the ACTUAL endgame couples where revealed.
TL; DR: Harmione wasn't supposed to exist, but the director put in a BIT to much favoritism in Hermione

Yes Jacob and Bella shouldve been a couple since eclipse. Its possible if they make another book series but with a new generation of characters like how the did with Star Wars and maybe if they kill Edward off we could possibly see Bella end up with Jacob in the middle or the end of the series. Its just a possibility but that doesnt mean it wont happen

the virtue of MY BEST FRIEND'S WEDDING was that the bigger star didn't get the happy ending and her character's scheming didn't come off (as rom coms often have happen, even when the schemer is top-billed but unprepossessing)
can't count POCAHONTAS as it was history (albeit an abortion of same) - he should have been couples with a twelve-year old?

The thing is James Bond is a player, we all know that so him and Moneypenny together could be nice but it wouldn't last long. Having them as just friends shows mutual respect between the two and also that they value their relationship too much to lose it by getting together.

I never really understood why everyone ships Harry & Hermione like they're the Jack & Rose of Hogwarts. Yes, they do get 90% of the 1-on-1 onscreen moments throughout the movies, but all we see between the 2 is a powerful & close friendship that can't be broken.

To be honest, Knives deserves better in the movie and Scott Pilgrims treats her like crap like he literally cheats on Knives with Ramona Flowers and dump her for Ramona Flowers. He makes the seven evil exes the good guys minus Lucas Lee, Todd, and Gideon.

I blame Joss Whedon for messing up Black Widow's story arc. Age of Ultron was where her character became flat and uncompelling. The pairing felt forced and her refering to herself as a monster because she can't have kids is super problematic.
