Just a FYI, if any of you guys read HND in the near future, be warned that VIctor Hugo devotes a huge portion of the book to describing 15th Parisian architecture! Seriously, right in the middle of the story, out of nowhere, he decides to talk about every little detail of the buildings and the craftsmanship and the materials, and on and on and on and on!

I live in another province in Canada but I'm pretty sure that the Ice Hotel in Quebec that inspired Elsa's ice castle was also allowed by Disney to market a special suite. I remember hearing that after Frozen was released they had a suite that was officially Disney's Frozen themed. Pretty cool.

The inspiration for the Corona Castle was I think the same Castle from The Huntsman Winters war i think ot was the Ice Queen's castle and the Inspiration for Snow white and cinderella the castle I think is the same that was used to Avengers Age of ultron for Ultrons lair

cinderella's castle and snow white's castle don't they kinda resemble the wicked witch from the west castle in the wizard of oz also that all of those historic places sound like so much fun and tourist type of attractions

I actually went to France back in 2016 with my family. We were able to see Notre Dame up close in Paris. Unfortunately we couldnt access Mont St. Michel in Bretagne, since it was during a bank holiday.

I went to see the Alcazar de Segovia last summer. Gorgeous, especially in June when the surrounding fields are green and filled with poppies. It was like a fairy tale for sure.

Neuschwanstein does look like it belongs in a fairytale, so I guess we'll forgive that crazy monarch for spending all that money on something useless. ;-)

Notre-Dame didn't inspired Disney: it's the main set location of the novel; of course they gonna have to put it in the movie.
