This is coming from someone that's never played a Final Fantasy game but man the lore in these games is pretty awesome, confusing and a bunch of other stuff at the same time lol. I'm thinking of getting into the series after seeing that Final Fantasy XVI Reveal. After seeing that, that's what made me think of what Final Fantasy looked like lol when I look at this gameplay I don't imagine cars, cities, robots and stuff lol I imagined dragons, knights medieval stuff in general but with an anime twist. But hey I can see me liking Final Fantasy XV and VII Remake in its own way. Gotta collect every copy first - that'll take a while to accomplish lol

Square Enix is the worst company out there. What kind of a company takes 10-11 years to make a game and the story gets out to be so weak? The graphics are incredible but they possible to make in 5-3 years. So much time and we waited so much and yet, the characters and writings are so poor.

I loved playing FFxiv, but I just couldn't afford the subscription every month, and I absolutely love the kingdom hearts series, so I bought this game for my birthday. After watching the gameplay, I'm sure that I'm going to LOVE playing this! Thanks for posting this!

This game is my first Final Fantasy experience and it was really great. It's a very special game for me. I was amazed by its open world and positive atmosphere. The boringness of the side quests never felt boring to me because I enjoyed being in the game: )

is there any good new fantasy rpg where the main characters are not made to be -cool-? i mean these characters are obviously ridiculos, but even say Geralt in the Witcher i feel is a bit too much of a bad boy. Any game with more sympathetic characters?

For a minute i thought it was going to be 45 minutes of pushing the car to a garage -
The switching from metric to imperial measurements is bugging me though, why does it jump from 0. 18 miles when running all of a sudden to 1000 feet.

My favorite Final Fantasy! It was FF7, that I played when it came out. But I loved this game. Lots of fun. Battles are quite enjoyable and I loved the exploration. The Bro's are a nice touch that adds to the game.

I remember thinking this looks basically real. Now I can see the polygons and low res ground textures. Still good looking but things definitely have improved since then

Felt weirded out by realistic visuals, but got used to it pretty quickly! Awesome game, but not the best in series (maybe that's why it's cheap af at x-gamelive. com)

The battle mode is way better on other final fantasy from X and beyond. They've total let go with the modern final fantasy.
