I find that the weather/seasons affect my stamina directly, which is apparently also true to Monster Hunter. During the summer, I had no problem waking up early almost daily and going out often. (The fact that kayaking is one of my favorite physical activities also had a huge impact) But now that it's winter, getting out of bed, never mind whatever other chores/errands I must do are comparatively a struggle.

Monster energy isnt really worth it unless you expend a lot of energy during the day. I have ADHD and am a dancer. So it works great for me when I have it. But only because I actually use all the calories and sugars it provides me and also it works as a self medication for my adhd. If you're a non active worker like brian. Just exercise a little once a day and eat well and maybe have a morning coffee.

I-ve seen this before, but I just watched it again while I-m having a hard time (physically and emotionally) with a bad chronic illness flare, and the end made me cry a little and feel seen/like I know what to do even if it-s hard. Help comes from strange places? Thanks bdg, this was insane and somehow really means a lot to me

For the equipment one that's all part of the placebo effect, what that means is if you believe in something hard enough it would effect you, for example if I believe coffee didn't work on me, I wouldn't notice the effects as much. And anyone is welcome to tell me if I I anything wrong for I don't have unlimited knowledge in this

I do think there's something to wearing a cool shield to boost your stamina. though the point of the video definitely still rings true, there's still something to be said about how if you wear things/carry things/have things around you that make you feel good & cool & powerful, it'll boost your stamina!

So realistically for the slowing the degradation of stamina there are real life applications that don-t involve eating 160 degree pucks of meat. Basically if you eat smaller meals more consistently throughout the day you are more likely to stay energized throughout the day. Loved the vid though

13: 33 Energy density of foods could be a possible theory to keeping you energized. If you eat regularly through out the day with something that isn't too filling but gives you energy it'll let ya' keep a large amount of calories in your system with out getting too full.

I do have to say I hate this video even though I just keep coming back to these.
Its very unscientific to do these trials back to back. You need to reset between the trials to clear out their effects.
I rate this experiment 4/10, integrity is kinda low here ngl

used this as inspiration for my mandatory science project in my bio class, got one of the highest grade in my class but that might-ve been because my teacher was concerned by the detrimental effects to my mental and physical health lol

i think the equipable items stat boost degrade over time depending on the quality rank, but also leveling your blacksmithing ability has a stamina buff too, so if you improve your level of craft you can get more consistent boosts

I have chronic fatigue and I watch this video on days when I'm feeling down about it, just for the last minute. it's ok to rest and pace yourself. it's ok to not be able to do as much as you want to. thanks brian.

really he-s still using death stranding tactics; getting likes from BB, interacting with a cool sign, or yes, taking a break, all restore your stamina as well. if only he tried going to a hot spring every hour

as someone with adhd that was hit badly by the pandemic the more i watch this video the more i realize Brian should probably talk to psychiatrist about the possibility of adhd and the idea of medication

To be fair While they are called Well done stakes in Monster Hunter You don't get the meat from One specific animal so you could have had chicken or lamb or other forms of protein ppaired whit cauliflower rice

A hearty breakfast of 4 well done steaks and literally the maximum recommended daily dose of caffeine, chugged before 11 AM? Weird, I never feel bad when I torture myself with stimulants and overeating.

Laundry chair is for amateurs. a real procrastinator piles it all up on the dryer, or leaves it in there, and picks up what he needs out of the pile of dry wrinkled clothes each day

Well if you stopped eating everything but the steak, its an unfair trial. You have to keep your diet the same as the control day, with the addition of stamina items

To be fair, you didn't have to exclusively eat well done steaks for that trial, you could have eaten like anything else in addition to well done steaks

And the best way to increase our stamina still the Gym, in the gameplay is just play the game on hard dificulties, will increase you skill

In real life all you have to do to increase your stamina by giving up some health is to do a line of coke or smoke a bowl of meth
