I actually fount the first one by accident, I was trying to show my little cousin the animation for Death's fall death (So he could see Death's true form) and accidently held down drop so that my character changed and well stumbled across it.
If I was looking for it though. FML what would have taken ages. I wonder if this guy did something similar to what I did?

Yes. New Game Plus makes you start all your quests over from scratch.
However, any rewards gained from the quests, such as stat increases from the Sticks and Stones quest or skill points from turning in the right kinds of Relics, will carry over into NG+.
So, basically, to get the most out of it, do EVERYTHING in the first playthrough.

for number 1, you need the soul splitter, then go with 1st to press the floor, and another one to clim over to the place, then remove the first soul from floor, use the second to explore the place, and turn left to go down the ladder

This game really brings the boring tedium. I'm guessing the gnomad scythes won't help me a damn bit in The Crucible either, the part of this game that's far more difficult than even the toughest boss battles. God damn Darksiders 2.

the third one was able to get with lvl 1. just walljumping and at the highest reachable point start to attack like a maniac. there you just -fly- some inch forward and land on the stairs. hope i helped.

I only found #2 and 4, I completely forgot about the #3 location after i had gotten the portals >: ( I would never have found #1 even if i tried: D ( on my own that is, that one was extremely sneaky)

Wow. i saw that gnoMAD one in city of the dead behind the wall, a floating thing, after a while i was like, i guess it's nothing, then i saw the chest on map but eventually i gave up, you were smart

It worked, thanks a lot. But it is really easy with the death grip. When you fire it multiple times, it will carry you comfortably onto the stairs. I did not even need to get to the highest point.

Has anybody else having problems with the ps4 version, I collected them all and didn't get the reward at the serpent tome. Is there a way to get the trophy or am I screwed?

Mother Effer! I was in the first room for twenty minutes! I saw the gnome and just figured I would have to come back after getting another ability. GRAHHHHHHHHH.

By the time I've got all the 4 gnomes I already had a better weapon. Much better. The Gnomad scythes are just for fun, not really a valuable weapon

Ha who need portals for the third one I just kept wallrunning up and when I got above it deathtgrip and fall on the step took about two minutes of effort

Got the glitch, get all the gnomes and nothing pops in your serpent tome. Anyone know how to fix this or bite the bullet with another playthrough?

I can't get to the fourth floor. I mean, I passed the City Of The Dead bit, now I'm coming back for the gnome, and can't get up there.

But the Demon world & Forge Lands locations, never would guess it. This vid helped.

took me quite a while too, take the large elevator up all the way (the one used to open boss door) and it is pretty easy from there

Thank goodness, that little bastard is visible through the hole in the wall, near the door opening mechanism. That's how I found him.
