Huge respect people. This such responsible move to move the beaver into a habitat suitable for them and knowing that you genuinely tried to rehabilitate him makes me happy. Its refreshing to see such people inbetween all those who have wild cats as pet just for being a showcase pieces.

He sucks on that blanket most likely because he didnt ever ger to bond with his momma during feeding sessions and even though he doesnt know why he does it he probably finds comfort in comforting himself. So cute but sad.

Thank you! I absolutely love beavers and used to take my son to a lake and see them as it got dark. They used to come out during the day but after being hunted, they became nocturnal.
