Man, i would love to be a retired bat hanging out with all the other retired bats just sitting around and eating fruit. Unfortunately retirement homes for humans are more akin to limbo than anything like this.

This has turned out to be one of a handful of videos that i save to watch when life gets to be too much. An onion, a bat, a grocery store lobster. solace is where you find it.
Love you, Statler,

My hat goes off to you for looking after an elderly animal. Bats aren’t the 1st thing most of us think about when it comes to furry pets but good on you for the work you do.

This is my favorite video because of Statler, it’s flying with assistance like when he was young for me. I would still be scared.

These videos have really helped me with my fear of bats. They really are puppies with wings. So sweet and misunderstood.

Just another example of how every animal feels love and hurts as much as we do. Peace and happiness to them all

These species live that long I thought their lifespan was rather single digit.
