I have not seen a video yet, when a did did not recognize human pregnancy.
Dogs can smell cancer, a coming epileptic event, and human pregnancy! I bet that humans are at the threshold of understanding and using dogs. And USING does not imply manipulation. Dogs love to work and the happiest dogs are dogs that work; they seem to know how beneficial they are and they revel in it.

Dodo and people are weird. Naming the video with nonsense, like, that baby is not the dogs's sister soo is there really a need to lie They do not share blood relation so they can not be siblings or anything, no need for nonsense, so. What is wrong with companion or friend to call the dog and baby when referring to them

Sadly, I have no faith that that cage stayed empty for long after Wally's departure. I have some dear, animal-loving Chinese friends, but we agree that that culture is often despicably cruel to animals. But I am/we are relieved & glad that you were so determined to save him.

Alternatively the dog knows he cannot bite or growl at this kid that keeps hitting him and just wants peace. At the end the kid is just hitting the dog on the back as he is trying to sleep. I think a lot of this is in the narrators mind

I'll never understand why people are so surprised that dogs understand the concept of babies. Wally gets that this new person is your new baby human, and since he's part of the pack, he wants to protect her. That's how dogs work.

This is famous Tibetan mastiff. Tibetan nomads keep them to guard their properties and live stocks. These dogs very giant, protective and great with families. Having the cute baby girl to protect makes Wally's life meaningful.

I just watched him being groomed on Girl With the Dogs. He's a gorgeous soul --so patient. So glad he was rescued from life in a cage -- how horrible.
