I rescued a squirrel that had fallen into the toilet! I put a broomhandle in and he climbed onto it.
Until that close encounter I hadn't thought about squirrels much, but they are incredibly sweet animals. Apparently they are at least as clever as dogs and cats as well.

These are some of the most fortunate people in the world. I had my rescue for only 6 mo but he was so full of life it spilled over to fill mine as well. Delightful experience and if everyone had one as I think they should, the world would be better off for it.
