Clearly you shouldn't be raising him if you did such a bad job with the mother that she was unable to raise her own chick. Get a trained professional to raise these geese and stop treating them like pets.

That's got to be the coolest thing. The bird flying next to you, you can actually touch him in mid flight and he doesn't fly away from you. When he gets tired he lands on your boat.
