This Guy Wasn't A Bird Fan Until He Met This Little Bald Cockatoo Soulmates My daughter and I bought a poodle puppy that we found at a pet store when my husband was on a business trip and we told him over the phone and he said take it back, he didn’t want a dog. But we said we can’t. Boy was he mad at us but he eventually loved her a lot and we ended up getting more over the years and he would sit and hold them and pet them. One year we got a big all white standard poodle with long fluffy ears and he took her for car rides because poodles love car rides and she sat in the passenger seat and my husband parked the car and a cop pulled up and parked next to him and rolled down his window and told my husband that was the best looking woman he ever saw sitting in the front seat, they both had a good laugh!

I wanted to get a bird in 1994, my husband was like, meh. I got a cockatiel that we both immediately bonded with. We couldn't bring ourselves to clip her wings, so when she escaped 6 months later, my husband sat on the porch for 2 hours and cried.

May the powerful force of good by the heavens above always be with the greater of the people of good, be with us always for without this my life would not be worth living for they make an evil ugly cruel world smell like a rose.

Next time you buy or pay for meat from chicken or any animal, think of adopting one instead. They have feelings too. We mass murder them and treat them worse than death row inmates.

Brilliant video, good to see she is in really good hands. I have a bare eyed cockatoo she is part of our family as well, these birds are very intelligent and loyal creatures.

Bird ownership is a huge response. Soooo lovely that this little one ended up with people who know how to care for her properly, and show her lots of love.

It would be nice, after 3 years, to see an update on how FeFe is doing and if her feathers grew back now that she's living her best, happy life.

When an animal gives you their unconditional love, there's not much that can compete with that.
