I made friends with some wild duckies that grew up and truly the feeling is crazy when they recognize you day after day while they evolve to final form
because its not one sided feeling. A lot of time, even with a house pet the love is onesided, you own the thing. When you stare into the duckie dinosaurs eyes, and interact with it, and it follows you, natural life cycle. its better than some friends and therapists ive had combined. Birds always down to hang and walk. Some humans just wanna bum and smoke and rant! And use you! Dam these birds only ask me for a slice of bread every once and a while and go on adventures too. They absolutely have feelings and are intelligent, I believe humans are the unintelligent ones for assumptions just because animals dont speak English it means it isnt aware of movement and telegraphing In Martial arts competition, fighters can tell intent without words, thats how fighters predict intent in the ring, and stop when opponent is finished. animals use positional elements and timeline to read intent, meanwhile human being staring at telephone waiting for english. lol.
the friendship is very real and possibly truer as it goes way beyond the language barrier, and is palpable.
it also begins easy to see human underlying intent as they use words to cover actions

birds are funny creatures, they suprise and make you smile every day. thats why people say in german youre a funny bird if someone is accidently really NOT funny, kinda sarcasm.
