Stray dog refused to be rescued for weeks until one day he showed up at his rescuer's house and walked right inside
I lost my Golden years ago due to old age and I've been heart broken. I live alone and miss my friend. At 67, I'm too old to get another dog. It wouldn't be fair to the dog. We used to go for long walks out in the thousands of acres of woods behind the house. Funny how he'd run ahead of me while we were heading out and he always lagged behind as we were heading back. He didn't want to head back to the house. He just wanted to keep running through the woods. Date: 2024-04-09
