I can’t understand how people dump dogs on the streets to fend for themselves. I also can’t understand how so many people drive by strays and do absolutely nothing. You have to have ice in your veins.

Sadly a lot of people drove by because they didn't care, others probably thought the city, county, or the state agencies would step in and deal with a stray dog. Very glad you didn't drive by or leave it for others but stopped and helped him! Hope he fines the perfect forever home.

There are no stray dogs where I live. Not a one. I have never, in my life, seen a dog like this on the streets. Just as well for me, because I'd have them all. Thank you for saving this wee gremlin.
