there are such thing as bad sugars and good sugars. For The Bad Sugars The Bad sugars are for soda, donuts, and more. For The Good Sugars: milk, juice, and fruit. so if you are adding orange juice to this list, that wouldn't be such a good idea.

You do realize that the sugar in fruit isn't unhealthy. ADDED sugar is the thing you should look out for.
