I think it would have been Awesome to see a Story on the Dwarfs, look! What Difference does it make! Disney has a Haunted Manson Reboot and that has Dark Versions in it! If you can make a Version of The Haunted Manson then you can make a Disney movie on Snow Whites Dwarfs, look at Hercules! Disney didn't Cancel the Film they made the Film! And its a Dark Disney Film so is Princess and The Frog kind of a Crock of Crap when you Cancel Snow Whites Dwarfs, But you add Hercules, and Princess and The Frog which is Dark for Kids, Princess and The Frog is Faulty, Definitely doesn't Follow! The original Novel if I was Disney CEO I would ban Princess and the Frog, redo it infact I would do with ANYTHING Politically correct, what Disney has Canceled couldn't be any worse than Hercules and Princess and the Frog pull yourself together but if you wanna Cancel Certain Disney Films that People never will get to see then Cancel the Haunted Manson Reboot, if not then Stop being Dramatic and get a Grip.

I'm wondering why these movies got shelved for dark/adult content because Zootopia is centered around the theme of racism and dehumanization and the Hunchback of Notre Dame is based off of Victor Hugo's book of the same name (he also wrote Les Miserables) To continue the list Toy Story 2 touches upon the subject of nostalgia and fascism, Toy Story 3 takes place in an oppressive toy dictatorship, and an entire movie based off of Shakespeare's Hamlet in the form of the Lion King. The list of adult things in Disney's movies could go on all day.

Mort and The shadow man could've been great think about it The nightmare before Christmas why did it win? Cuz it stop-motion to kids stop-motion is incredible but I like stop-motion and I think Coraline> is better then The nightmare but that's just my opinion

Mort and the shadow king would have been great movies with very important lessons. People do need to come to terms with death and that it isn't something to be feared, and monsters are supposed to be scary.

Re: Mort- Disney sure has a lousy habit of picking 2nd books of a series. In the 70s and early 80s they chose The Black Cauldron; the 2nd of the 5 book Pyrdain series. Mort was book 2 of the Discworld series

I understand most of these but Don Quixote seems a bit much, since they could've just taken out the adult themes like they did with The Fox and The Hound and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
