I do agree this could've used a little more theories on their kids, cuz I too believe certain couples would have more kids or a boy at least. I believe Mal and Ben would have two kids: a boy and a girl. The boy would be named Hayden (as a kind gesture for Mal's dad) and his older sister would be Bella, after her grandma.
As for Jarlos, they would have three kids, a pair of twins and the baby. The twins would be a boy and girl with the names August and Cindy, and their youngest daughter Charity.
Jay and Lonnie would have about 4 kids. 3 boys and 1 one girl, bringing light to Mulan being the only woman in an army of men. Their names: Adam, Jake, Shu, and Justine (Shu is from Mushu.
Audrey and Chad most likely married for the sake of (barely) keeping her crowned status. They'd be expected to have an air, so Audrey of course would only go along if it was absolutely necessary, which it was. They'd have only 1 child, and I believe it would be a boy, a momma's boy. His name would be Felix and he'll have an arrogant front and hate everyone, especially Hayden and Bella for their mother ruining his life, alone, he's just a torn and sad little kid that just needs to be shown love.
Harry and Uma? I admit Harry loves to flirt and believed Uma had been leading him on, but I think Uma just sees Harry as a brother. But that's my opinion uvu
Evie and Doug would have seven kids. No questions asked. I'm not going to give them names cuz thats too many.
I might seriously consider writing a Fanfic about this on Wattpad. I will give more descriptions of each child there, and I'd be more than willing to add anyone's OC's cuz I will be incorporating mine.

First three looked the best in my opinion (but I still like the other ones) and I think the names are good but a lot of them are too close to their parents and stuff. Accept Ella, I think Ella was perfect cause she would be named after both grandparents.

I dont think there will be a Descendants 4 will air because Carlos (Cameron Boyce) died and I know they could hire someone else but it would not be the same
