Why You Hate These Characters More Than The Baddest Villains Themselves! There are some villains so terrible, so conniving, so sinister, that you cant help but look at the actor playing them and think: theyve just gotta be evil, too. Okay, so, they probably aren't, but sometimes its hard to separate an actor from a particularly good evil mastermind. We definitely havent looked at Imelda Staunton the same way since she played Dolores Umbridge in Harry Potter, and Jack Gleesons signature smirk has taken on a whole new meaning after he played Joffrey Baratheon in Game of Thrones. Its also easy to be intimidated by Donald Sutherland since he portrayed the wicked President Snow in the Hunger Games, and Justin Prentice seems like a good guy but his role as Bryce Walker in 13 Reasons Why definitely cant be described as nice. Its not always careerruining, though. All of these actors have had pretty great roles, but we cant help but want to keep seeing them as terrifying villains. Theres Cillian Murphy, who traumatized audiences in Batman Begins with his creepy take on Scarecrow. Theres also the White Witch from The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, who gave us all nightmares as kids. And what about kooky and crazy Aro Volturi from Twilight? Michael Sheens creepy smile and even creepier laugh get us every time. Villains are the heart of movies. I personally loved this video since it has some of my favourite villains of all time Bellatrix! Voldemort, Umbridge, Aro and President Snow they all looked so realistic! And yeah happy new year!

Fir my money, Giancarlo Esposito is the master movie villain. Breaking Bad, Revolution, Mandalorian, every time I sww him in a role, I just what to reach through the screen and kill his character
