The Voices Behind Pixar Characters You Love

We dont know about you, but we have gotten so obsessed with our favourite animated characters in the past that we actually kind of forgot they were real people? The voices behind the characters, that is! Sometimes its hard to imagine that our favourite animated bug or toy or even feeling has a real life actor responsible for bringing them to life, but its true! And sometimes, the truth about who is behind our most beloved characters is super surprising! For instance, when you watched Soul, did you recognize the voice behind the chipper and hilarious 22? It was none other than Tina Fey! And did you know that Joe was voiced by Academy Award winning actor and comedian Jamie Foxx? Neither did we! The 2015 hit Inside Out was also packed with celebrity voices, like Amy Poehler as Joy, Mindy Kaling as Disgust, and Phyllis Smith from The Office, who did an amazing job as the lovably glum Sadness. And then there was Onward, which came out early in 2020, and was totally filled with amazing celebrity voices like the hilarious Chris Pratt, SpiderMan himself, Tom Holland, Ali Wong, and Octavia Spencer. Of course, Finding Nemo would never have been the same without Ellen Degeneres as Dory, and The Incredibles would have struggled without Holly Hunter and Samuel L Jackson in the cast. For those who haven't realized it, Jaime Foxx(Joe from Soul) is the first Best Actor Oscar-winner to voice the lead in a PIXAR movie in 25 YEARS, having won for Ray in 2004. This has not happened since Tom Hanks, who won for Forrest Gump the year before, voiced Woody from Toy Story in 1995.

What's 'infamous' about Owen Wilson as Lightning McQueen? If there was a voice people didn't want back for Cars 3, it was Larry The Cable Guy as the scene-stealing Mater!
BTW, it wouldn't have been fatal to give a shout-out to Cristela Alonzo as Lightning's new protege, Cruz Ramirez.

Me and my mom finished modern family last night but restarted it but I didnt know my favorite characters were on finding Dory! Ed ONeil and ty Burrell are the perfect people for it they are hilarious on modern family lol

my favorite pixar movie is ratatouille so good and I wish I could eat ratatouille it looks so tasty to just bite and looks so satisfying to see in the movie
