Disney s Lightyear movie included only the best of voices for their roster of character s. Everyone from Chris Evans to James Brolin - had the resume credits to convince casting. With Disney Pixar seeming to roll out classic after classic - it s no surprise they d return back to an iconic character. We all know and love the character of Buzz Lightyear - and so did the cast. Well - most of them. Chris Evans had some pretty big and confusing shoes to fill. Confusing in the respect that - he s commemorating Tim Allen s Buzz but - Evans is playing Allen s Lightyear s origin story. You know what? We ll just halt the confusion there. Casting really wanted a lot of fan favorites in this one - of course they d need Uzo Aduba to play the role of Alicia Hawthorne!
Some of the cast - might have not been trusted with lines - or just stayed out of the limelight.
