Stranger Things should seriously just be called Sticky Things because the whole series is filled with nasty gooey stuff like prosthetics, edible and inedible blood, lube, snots, and gas.
Dacre Montgomery got the sticky prosthetics treatment and he had a blast playing with them at the end of the day when he was finally allowed to rip them off. Slimy, yet satisfying as Simba would say. Jamie Campbell Bower got all lubed up to slide into his Vecna costume.
This is more common than you think. Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, played by Tom Holland also go the same treatment! Honestly, getting prosthetics on for six hours is bad enough but a whole sticky day inside of them just sounds like a good reason to say no to a role.
Eleven s first kiss with Mike led to many remarks from Millie about how disgusting the event would be. Lord: Stranger Things is about a bunch of normal small town folks finding themselves suddenly thrust into a government conspiracy and an inter-dimensional supernatural drama beyond anything they thought was possible. The TV series is a master class in nostalgia, it's a fantastic and entertaining story in it's own right, and everyone loved about genre films in the 80's and repackage it into a series that feels like what everyone wants to see now is extraordinary. The characters on Stranger Things are a squad of normal children, high schoolers, and adults who are all pulled into a sort of Dungeons & Dragons drama brought to life.
