Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 was more like two movies than anything but we re not complaining. It was jam-packed with interesting moments. Like the heart-warming improvisations from Caleb McLaughlin s Lucas, Finn Wolfhard s Mike and the brotherly love between Joseph Quinn s Eddie Munson and Gaten Matarazzo s Dustin Henderson.
We ve got the details on how the choking scene in Vecna s house went down (there was more tape than vines. Did you know Eddie playing Metallica was a last-minute edition? Thanks to the Pandemic they were able to make this a far less random choice. Stranger Things took inspiration from interesting sources this year.
Including, Star Wars: The Emperor Strikes Back and Disney, specifically a ride from Disneyland. The final shot took way longer than it should have. An entire day just for the actors to stare at a place where VFX would one day be. Max s fate wasn t always so clear for the Duffer brothers. That s not the only thing, either.
There s a ton of scrapped concept art of Vecna, his lair, and even the demobats. From fish to spiders to other creepy crawling critters, and even vampires, Vecna s inspiration came from many places. And speaking of range, Jamie Campbell Bower s vocal ability is phenomenal. That character voice was all him!
