A lot of this comes down to bad and inconsistent long form writing & structure. Marvel's biggest issue is their lack of continuity. Phases 1-3 of the Infinity Saga were great because even though each character and movie had their own story or genre, they were evolving meta stories being played out which could allow the general audience to follow along. After Endgame, those over arching theatrical meta stories were abandoned for mass content to encourage streaming subscriptions. Having Marvel Studios come out with only 3-4 movies per year leading up to big event team up movie allowed a general audience to keep up with the pacing. Coupled with this, was the Marvel One Shots and after credit scenes which strung the stories together. The sheer amount of content to watch in phase 4 was equal to all of phase 1-3 combined. Even if Marvel currently has a overarching meta story thread planned, they have not highlighted the seeds enough to stand out among all their other content. The audience only sees that they have been throwing a multiverse spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks.
Another factor not talked about is the contrast of other studios making other comic book movies such as DCEU and Fox X-Men or Sony's Spider-Man universe. The competition and contrast of those films helped Marvel Studios stand out as being the Official brand. This also led to an elitism attitude which later transformed into political issues and agendas both on screen and within the fandom. For a long while there were a choir of voices singing but now that Fox X-Men and the DCEU is over there are only 2 voices of Sony and Disney.
On top of all of this, Marvel has also had many set backs such as Chadwick Bosman dying, the writers strike, Victoria Alonso who was in the inner circle fired, reports of overworked CGI artists, Jonathan Majors, and political agendas instead of leading by example. Except for Chadwick, all of these came from bad management decisions. Marvel went from a tightly scheduled train travelling across the country & picking up people along the way to a more direct uber experience that doesn't leave your town.
If Marvel wants to get back on track they need to push back Secret Wars and other finally stories a few years. it took 10 years for Marvel to get to IW and EG which was a fair pacing. They also should not have told the public where they were going to end up, the road to up to Infinity War & EndGame for most general audience was still a mystery and not as clearly laid out compared to the now Multiverse Saga. Marvel should have also did more during the pandemic to prep the next 10 years as well as they should have let the brand cool down after Phase 3. The general audience didn't have enough time to breath after the climax that was IW & EG. In order for Marvel to get the general audience to Secret Wars they currently need to stick the landing with DeadPool 3 AND The Fantastic Four to be early comic accurate. They also screwed up by only having 1 movie in 2024. The gap in MCU content also reduces fandom content to drive the hype.

CinemaSins-I can still hear the cheers in the theater but I honestly think the scene will come to be seen as the worst Christmas ever imagine you get every single present on your list even the limited edition ones the ones that no one else liked or the ones that were murdered by fonka Johnson and resurrected by Brian Singer all of them you get to play with them for a while but the next day your parents hide all the presents in the basement and don't tell you when you're next able to play with them then instead of hiding all the presents in the basement the parents burn them all in front of their sobbing kids

Jackson as Nick Fury says As if gamma accidents, radioactive bug bites, and assorted mutants weren t enough, I have to deal with a spoiled brat who doesn t play well with others and keeps all of his toys to himself, meaning that this was the intended Marvel Universe they were going for, but couldn't use it because characters like: The Hulk, Spider-Man, and The X-Men were still owned by studios like: Universal, Sony, and 20th Century Fox (long before it became 20th Century Studios when Disney acquired them) still owned them at the time before. And, now that Marvel have gotten their hands on them, and they could potentially use the 2015 Secret Wars comic arc in the upcoming movie based on the same name as a way to soft-reboot the overall MCU we could probably get the intended cinematic universe version of the Marvel Universe we never got before

I would erase everything post Endgame, except for Spiderman FFH and NWH and Guardians 3. Take at least a decade off, find people who would ACTUALLY LIKE to create a Marvel Film Universe with all the great characters like Spider-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, Daredevil/Marvel Knights, Fantastic Four, and the X-Men while making their stories feel like the comics that so many good people read. Replace activism with entertainment, fire any problematic people like Kevin Feige(Who is a new Kathleen Kennedy, and give it to actual writers/producers/directors/actors who understand the comics and the first 3 phases exceptionally well while being able to keep their politics out. RESPECT THE PAST TO SAVE THE FUTURE! THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS! PURGE THE WOKE! BRING BACK THE GOOD OLD STUFF FOR BOTH COMICS AND MOVIES

I think it's over. Endgame was a brilliant ending and most people were happy to end their interest there. People may come back for the odd film like Spiderman No Way Home but it will never reach that level of popularity again.
I think they should have put out Spiderman Far From Home and No Way Home after Endgame then taken a 5 year break to really plan out the future. It should have started again with new characters. The X-Men and the Fantastic Four should have been the focus. The previous characters could have made cameos or just come back for the big team up films but does any really care about many of the remaining characters?

One MCU that I do love is Loki series where the other varriant of Loki who destroyed New York and stole the tesseract and teleported into a sandy place and he captured by the TWA.
He saw his other multiverse that his mom died in the Dark World by protecting Jane from the Malekith and he was killed by Thanos in Infinity War. He and his partner Morbius fix all the problems on the multiverse until he saved many of his friends he quote For you, for all of us and becoming God of Everyone's Stories best ending in season 2.

Even supposedly male led movies like Quantumania and Multiverse of Madness, the hero is outnumbered by females. Superhero is predominantly a male brand and they re trying to turn everything into princess and it doesn t work. Say what you will but boys still want to buy Batman toys more than Captain Marvel or Black Widow.

There is no fall of the MCU this title of the video is all a damn lie! The MCU is still very good. Yeah some of the shows in Phase 4 were really bad like Wandavision, FATWS, She-Hulk and What If season 1, and Loki season 1 but the MCU is still great. I just wish Feige wouldn't be an idiot and have the older and better MCU shows, Agents of SHIELD, Daredevil, Agent Carter, Iron Fist etc as part of the MCU canon as well. As they should be!

I don't make me any hopes for Marvel anymore. Ever since Endgame ended, non of it has been the same. And now recently the Marvels flopped, Brie Larson is trying to leave MCU and now Jonathan Majors has been found guilty and was fired from MCU, and I can't imagine someone else to play Kang, because his performance was fantastic. With all that, what is happening to Marvel in recent years, can we just all agree that the MCU needs to end?

Altering the canon material to please the Social Justice Warriors is ridiculous to me. Don't get me wrong but if it's fresh material than yes put in some diversity into them but don't alter the original and classic material to please a group of people that won't ever be satisfied no matter how much diversity and social justice you put into it they will always find something wrong to complain about.

Good points, but agenda pushing and piss poor writing along with no feeling of being in the same universe anymore are the main issues. Subplots have been thrown out there and never heard from again. Ms Marvel and Iron Heart are not interesting and not asked for. She-hulk, a fan favorite, was used to troll haters instead of giving her a good show. Marvel is done.

Just remove woke and diversity shit, put decent (old) special effect, fire the wokes screenwriter and boom job done.
Good old heroes movies for the good target: 40 yo virgins white dude and if it please this viewers, everyone will enjoy those movies.

Those movies sucked because the STORY, character development and lack of consistency SUCKED.
Has nothing to do with female lead super heroes - just the way it was written and the characters they used

I don't hate female characters, I just hate how Marvel is allowing feminism to become too mainstream in their projects. I want male and female leads to be equally balanced without saying that men are toxic. I'm proud to be a man, so i naturally don't gravitate towards feminism. Don't put social justice into products, you will lose money.
