And having recently become a fan of Rise of the TMNT, the film was just so damn awesome. It was like if TMNT was an anime.
And of course, the 1990 film is so good. So much better than some give it credit for. Heck, I cried when I last watched it with that fireplace scene.
I've yet to see Batman vs TMNT and Mutant Mayhem, but I'm definitely looking forward to whenever I do.

It was obvious that he was a director for hire, and that Michael Bay hired him because of their collaboration on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning

It maybe nostalgia, but I loved the first movie. It handled the dark themes rather well.
As a kid I loved the action, as an adult I loved the characterization of the turtles. You can see the emotions from each brother on how they handle the sense of loss of a loved one.

I have seen almost all of these movies except for Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the movie and own four of these movies on home media. I own the first three movies on DVD, and I own Batman versus the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on digital.

I remember when i was a kid in the 90's, i LOVED the TMNT tv show and the first movie. Now in 2023, my 5 year old son, plays Shredder's Revenge and the Cowabunga Collection with me, and we watched Mutant Mayhem, and he is a huge TMNT fan

7: 48 Turtles Forever are overrated & ranked TOO high. Its more of an anti-1987 Turtles-series propaganda-film & a pro-2003 Turtles-series propaganda-film than a way of celebrating the TMNT-franchise.

1990 then everything else. Also, I never thought III was all that bad. Sillier, sure, but it was interesting seeing feudal japan. I'd watch it again before either of the bay turtles with monotone megan fox

Mutant Mayhem is beyond goated. I love that they got actual teenagers to voice the turtles; it really put the Teenage in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. TMNT: Mutant Mayhem is the best one in my opinion

I m sorry but the tmnt mutant mayhem was not that great the jokes were cringey and the animation was good but the villain s weren t impressive and all the turtles splinter and April were completely wrong

Why's Mutant Mayhem at #2, when it should be at #1? It's seen by many(Me included) as the best film in the franchise. The 1990 movie should be at #2.

Pretty accurate list. Top 3 are perfect and even I think Secret of the Ooz is overrated. Parents ruined that movie and it s too friendly for me
