Bush should not be here, not my favorite president by a long shot Andrew Johnson was far worse, many other leaders should make this list. Including Gaddafi, Noriega, Khomeini, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, Genghis Kahn, Nazarbayev, Karimov, Putin, Hugo Chavez and so forth. If y’all have the need to add an American president then Andrew Jackson would make my list the autocracies he committed to the Native Americans and others have been glossed over since his presidency, we need to remove his portrait from the $20 dollar bill already. Feel free to agree or disagree but Bush was dimwitted not the worst.

So many others should have been on this list over a US president, hell Bush isn't even the worst president, at least he had a decent reason for his actions.
James Buchanan and Andrew Jackson had literally no reason. They killed, tortured and exiled so many people just because of their race, with the former even causing a Civil War and the latter causing the Trail of Tears, yet you chose someone just because of political bias. Whoever runs these political lists needs to be fired.

You listed George W Bush on this list. Everyone else murdered their citizens yet you left off Un, Putin and Mussolini who did exactly that. You should be ashamed of yourself listing him. He wasn't great because of his VP not because of torture and fear. Listing Bush shows how little you know of history and it shows. You need to go back to high school and sit through 7- 12th grade history classes. Asinine work done by you guys.

This is going to be an extremely unpopular opinion but I don't believe you can call men like Fadolf Nitler bad leaders. They galvanized their people and united them like no others. Their cause was horrifying but that's a different discussion. Bad leaders are ones that the people can't get behind and likely didn't want in the first place anyway. Men like Stalin were bad leaders.

There’s no way that George Bush should be on this list. He wasn’t a good president, but to put him just behind Hussain your credibility is in the toilet.

Saddam's worst trait was his ruthless inflexibility and refusal to compromise even to his own detriment. From having a general executed for suggesting they retreat in face of an overwhelming Iranian offensive, to refusing to quit Kuwait while he still had some cards in his deck, it was his way or the firing squad.

President Lyndon Johnson started the Vietnam War based on a Lie. Gulf of Tonkin attack which triggered the Vietnam War never happened . President Nixon who illegally Carpet Bombed neutral Cambodia which led to Pol Pot taking control and murdering half the Cambodian Population .

I’m not sure you can reasonably compare Dubya to Attilla the Hun or Vlad Tepesz or Mao Tse Tung. I’ll grant you he was/is a dunce but I don’t think he went out of his way to deliberately murder people like a lot of the other people on this list.

To have George W. Bush on this list is not just disrespectful but it’s down right tasteless. No one is perfect but this Open a history book or watch the news today and you’ll see many other people who deserve to be on this list. Truly disgraceful.

Queen Victoria deserved to be on the list as well as Emperor Hirohito. Both had millions killed making their empires bigger. Korea and Ireland would agree with this thought.

If only one U. S. President was going to make this list, it should have been Andrew Jackson, not George W. Bush. Bush was a terrible leader, but Jackson was a monster.
