You can have spice water - flavoured water, heat water in an electric kettle, pour in a cup, add 2-3 strands of saffron, tiny piece of cinnamon, add cardamom seeds along with skin, tiny bit of nutmeg (optional) and a 1 clove if you have a sore throat. Brings excess heat in the body which should be ideal for cold weather. The same idea is used for preparing masala chai (spice tea, Grate some peeled ginger or cut into pieces, boil it in 3/4 to 1 cup of water for one cup of tea, add a piece of cinnamon, 2 cardamoms opened with seeds and skin, boil on a gas flame, add tea leaves, bring to a boil and strain, mix in brown sugar or whatever you please for sweetness and almond milk or almond butter, - your choice of milk replacement, since you cannot boil vegan substitutes. Lastly, garnish with saffron. Some people add dry ginger powder, I like pounding fresh ginger. You can also grind all the spices together and use the mixture for preparing tea. Love you guys. Namaste. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for being you.

TOTALLY LOVING all that you share: ) My partner and i would so much love for you guys to share some more of the tactical side of your beautiful life. We also travel a lot and are about to share our lifestyle. Would love to know what type of tech gear you travel with, what challenges you have, and how as a couple you create balance in your work together. Do you have specific roles or do you both do everything? Filming, editing, creating content etc. Would love to know your flow together and your skills that you both excel in - and what skills you had to learn to be able to film and share your lifestyle. Its such a real key part to your lifestyle and we would love to see your way of keeping that balance: ) Thanks for everything you do xx

Hello Guys, let me introduce I'm a comp. eng living in Switzerland that decides that is time to pursue my dreams that is to build a rural hotel in Portugal (I'm wondering how to implement a minimalist well-being concept that respects nature, so I'm leaving everything as you did and starting again a new chapter in our lives. Speaking of start I'm starting your Yoga and Pilates (21 days challenge it is completely new Yoga/Pilates. to me I'm feeling a change, so your videos came in a time off doubts and fears and helped me giving some kind of peace. So thanks and if you decide to visit Portugal I would very happy to offer you a place to stay with my family and kids and animals just say when. Namaste. (it's really my first comment of this kind)

Back in Canada I mean, I'm pretty partial to it; ) Welcome backI know you guys don't like the cold (I get it lol) and a lot of people don't look forward to winter in Canada )because of darkness, cold, etc) But this past year I've learned to love it energetically It's a time of hibernation, just like the animals and the trees. We go inward and reflect, take a break, slow down. I've also learned to love it through Hygge, (the Danish art of cozy in it's simplest terms) which emphasizes gatherings, cozy dinners, and feeling your most comfortable with sweaters, knits, blankets, candles, fireplaces, etc. BTW, your cabin time is SUPER hygge; )

Hello there Talking about cool brands, Garden Of Life has amazing products too I fell in love with their chocolate protein powder and use it in my hot chocolates all the time now: D It's organic, packed with proteins and it tastes SO GOOOOOOD I haven't really tried any other products from them, but a friend of mine uses the vanilla protein powder to make raw vegan cakes and they're just delicious too Thought I'd share for anyone willing to turn their hot chocolates into full meals

Hello Juliana. I love your all routines and they help me too much. I was doing 14 day challenge series. I feel I am toned and lost weight, and I am more confident and relaxed since the day I started. But I have a problem, I injured my wrist 3 days ago and my arm is covered witha plaster cast. I had to stop to do your yoga routines. I need some videos without downward dog pose, plank and etc. Can you please start a serie to loose weight and stretch without using hands? Love you.

I really love your intros. Also, I appreciate all the hard work you put into making these videos. Mark, you do a great job with the camera. I am sure it's not easy, but you make it look that way. I would love a video on the best exercises to protect your knees. I find that your Pilates videos are fine for my knees, but the yoga ones are hard on them. Also, I know that Mark has had problems with his back in the past, so perhaps videos on that would be great. Thank you both

Hello Juliana, I want to ask few things from you, does hip opening exercises help with booty gains because we all know that if we have tight hip flexors then they inhibit glute activation and we feel our glutes workout more on our quads? Secondly how should I balance Pilates and yoga workout together if I want to develop lean muscle and burn body fat? On another level I do love the burn and my heart rate going sky-high with your workouts. God bless your heart

Yum Looks amazing Must try it: ) I've been making lots of soy lattes and almond milk lattes almost every single day this last week with warming spices like turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and a dash of cayenne pepper + some raw organic local honey from my neighbor or coconut sugar and it's just soooo good and really keeps you warm in this cold weather I live in Sweden so I'm also trying my best to stay warm atm lol.

Just a suggestion but if you go on your travels again, I am sure you guys would love Scotland. It's unspoilt, beautiful and inspirational. Full of wonderful scenery for Juliana to shoot her yoga videos and fantastic wildlife. Would love you guys to tour the UK The beauty of the Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District would, I'm sure, inspire you so much. That really would be another uplifting adventure Love you guys x
