Hi I have a question: I'm doing yoga for a long time now but at the end when I'm doing the shavasana I always feel a bit of uncomfortable pain in my lower back, I don't feel any pain during the session itself, only when it's time for shavasana. Any suggestions what I should do or practice on more? Besides thatI love your videos, very relaxing: )Everything is so beautiful, you, the places that you're in, the shots and editing too. I love the new drone shots; ) I've been following you for few years now and I can easily say that both of you are very professional, your videos are so inspiring and it's nice to see how you developed since few years ago. Woah that was intense I was like watching a screen that was my thoughts. I could hear all this chatter that sounded like my voice. It was talking so fast but I couldnt tell what it was saying. And I saw a memory of my younger cousin who passed away. I didnt feel any emotion, rather I didnt identify with it. I heard my mind say his story is over but he lives on and my body began to cry as I released further into the pose and continued to leak tears as I went to savasana even though I emotionally wasnt upset. Very strange and interesting experience and not the first time I have cried in yoga Thank you: )

I'm a personal trainer, and these stretches really help me, and I'm always recommending you all to my clients. I recently lost one of my best friends, my dad. It has been really hard juggling being the executor of his will, two part time jobs, full time online classes, and being a mom, all while greiving. Your videos give me something to look forward to that I know will make me feel good and strong enough to push through the rest of my day. Thank you for inspiring me every morning to be the best me that I can possibly be.

Been following u guys since 3 years ago. Love the classes, the views. Yet as i progress now i cant help but feel just how much the flows are just the same thing being repeated over and over again with just diff background and diff titles. But its really okay too coz i believe it works for beginners mostly. But since i want something more ive moved to udaya now. Thank you so much guys for all these years: )

Feel your love and i know you feel every person that is gonna watch you. otherwise its not possible to feel the same thing. Feel your soul and you are the only yoga teacher can touch my heart that strong. love you so much

This was great I'm 38 weeks pregnant (just two weeks to go) and really needed something gentle like this to open up my hips and prepare my body for birth. I made a few modifications (lying on my back at an incline with a bolster and just sticking to hands and knees instead of doing upward facing dog) but otherwise this was perfect. Thank you from me and my baby.

Thank you so much Juliana You're an inspiration. I moved to the US from Russia when I was nine years old. I have anxiety and depression and have tried many different kinds of yoga. Your yoga and Pilates classes have helped me back into a daily practice and feel much more flexible and at peace. I love watching you and Mark travel all over the world.

I have lower back problems and my back has been acting up again the last few days. I feel this through the locking up of my entire back and my hamstrings get absurdly tight. This morning I couldnt touch my knees without being in pain, after this i was able to put my hands flat on the ground. Thank you thank you this one is a 10/10.

AMAZING I love ALL of your vids but this one is so beautiful The scenery, Juliana, the practice, everything I enjoyed this class so much, I can't wait till I get more flexible, I'm already seeing a huge difference but I'm nowhere near Juliana's level: -) The butterfly pose is very difficult for me, but I enjoy the stretch Thanks guys

You are my 'go to' for yin yoga. These short classes really help me to relax and feel great. i loved this new one for sore hips. I am currently doing BBG Fierce and for the life of me, i can not get both elbows down in lizard pose, can you tell me what I can do as a 'lighter' version, using props or no props. thanks
