Hey guys, I'm a west coaster. I have some amazing secret spots you guys could check out. You both seem so young, good path though west coast has already had an affect on you. I grew up on the gulf islands but my darlin had an unfortunate accident whi h left him paralyzed and well found ourselves on the big island now for about 15 years. We have a small market garden 2 hectare. Market being for us we grow our own food and preserve what we can't eat fresh. Our pup lives a life of luxury, the west coast is magic, I'm not surprised you both are inspired I am a gardener landscaper and desigber by trade. this place on earth is something to behold. It is so special, something happens here. If you are connected its out of it. Anyhow, cruise out of Vic and wander in the wild coast, head up Sooke rd and keep on goin stoppin of course. Unfortunately the surf season is just about over, sorry bud. Winter storm junkies around these parts only tourists come in summer, we get the heck out. Can give you more sweet spot and groovy for pups off leash deets if you like. Thanks so much for your vids, i have compiled a great version of yours for my daily routines. As well as plenty of yoga stretching added. Not the young pup i once was just 48 so not to old and gross yet Anyhow give thanks, much luv. Keep on keepin on, welcome to the island think you will both be respectful and aware

You are both so beautiful, inside and out. You seem so much better There are a lot of studies about early childhood and how important it is to have time, to be bored in order to spark that creativity inside you. Children who are stuck to a television or a video game (even if it's healthy activities like sports or drama, etc, we need rest not only for our body, but for our mind too. By being bored or having nothing to do (or nobody to do it with, we think, we experience life differently and it opens up our creative side. As productive as it can be to be really specific about what task to accomplish for what period of time, we must always keep time to relax, enjoy, take a cup of tea, think, etc. Spending time with ourselves and being comfortable with being alone is such a difficult thing to do, to learn, for most of us. We have our phones (like Mark said, as a ball and chains) attached to us and are never alone. Anyway, I loved your video and I love you guys, I'm really happy you found peace and new habits. Just be careful not to overwork yourselves Much love xxxx

Hi there, yes I fully agree and have come to very similar conclusions. You guys have come a long way and I think it's beyond awesome to see how many others you inspire Today I would like to put a bug in your ear, though. Have you thought about creating a video series with the title being something like Yoga as Somatic Therapy - overcome the trauma your body has experienced and holds? I created this for myself almost 10 years ago. Pieced together yoga videos on youtube. I could not sit still and meditate, but yoga provided moving meditation for me. I worked through feelings and ideas that I had carried my entire life and got rid of the dark cloud that covered my heart. Through yoga. It's nice to help someone feel good by doing yoga, but it could be much more rewarding to help people who carry trauma. I myself am in the process of developing a coaching business for exactly that. I think you guys are awesome and have a great following. Just wanted to put this out there.

Oof I feel this. in February I finished a year-long project that (so far) was the most challenging thing Id done professionally, my husband at the same time had accepted a position in management (temporary, were waiting to hear if it will become permanent) and then he asked me two weeks after I finished my big project if we could flip our house, something he had been wanting to do for quite awhile but the timing had never been right. and we have three kids I also live with anxiety and its been extremely bad lately, and in one of your other videos you said what are you letting in? Sad news or stuff that will actually help? (Paraphrasing) and I know better than to read the news but I had been and that was a lightbulb moment. I love all the videos but this one was so needed by me today (and Im sure many others, thank you

Beautiful He is right about buzzing your hair short. You feel freedom and simplicity I got tons of compliments when I did it. You only have to wash it, never blow dry or straighten it and it dries quickly. It brings out the features of your eyes, face. I did it three years ago and I will never forget that freedom I felt. I hid behind my hair. I had long hair, buzzed it and kept it that way for a while. It is so beautiful the stages your hair grows out into when you decide to grow it out again. I had grown it to my tailbone then cut it shorter each time until I reached now just below my shoulders. I still would not mind that beautiful buzz cut again. He is a man so you as a woman would look different. Not like a man. Tibet So looking forward to the videos. Blessings

Guys you are amazing I myself currently go through major life changes and for me it actually is the exact opposite from what you are doing. I was living by lists for years and I dont know when the last time was I slept longer than 6: 30am (probably somewhat 4 years ago ) but this being in control of life just got a little bit too much and I found myself wasting the time I got from waking up early. I wasnt productive anymore (and still have a lot of work to do till I am) and thats why Ive decided to work on improving my goal setting and my time management to do less and be more. Because I think, nothing in excess is good not even life control. So Im excited for whats to come and hope to be inspired by all that you are about to share

I honestly believe that there is no limit to what we want to accomplish in our lives. It is very true that we are, at times, our own worst enemy, in the sense that we are too hard on ourselves, too judgemental, or consistently telling ourselves no I can't do that. I don't believe it's that we can't. It's more that we don't want to, or to be quite honest don't have the discipline to accomplish those specific goals. Reseting our minds, & in essence revamping our lives & beginning a new is truly a huge feat in & of itself. You can't change you in a moment. It's a long road. But if you have the strength, the sheer WILL & bull headed determination, you can do it all The human spirit is a powerful thing. Lots of love

Guys. thank you so much for this video. I had to euthanize my cat yesterday and I feel so alone today. I have a husband and a little girl but my husband is working so much, I don't see much of him. Working from home, you can end up feeling very much alone in this world. I also feel burnt out from work even if I love what I do, and your video gives me hope that I can pick myself up. Please, continue to document your thoughts and your journey because it gives me hope. I find so much comfort in your testimony that it is doable to find new energy and to continue to grow. And it will be my pleasure to contribute to the translation of your videos in french; )

I work mid shift and overnight shifts at an ER. I am definitely not a morning person. My body feels better when I work nights. I have more energy and am in a better mood. But I hated the idea of sleeping in until the afternoon because I feel like I've wasted half the day. I go to bed at 5 am, so trying to wake up in the morning would just be unhealthy. The important thing I learned is to do what's right for my body. If I have to sleep until 2pm just to get 8 hours then that's what I need to do. I needed to let go of the idea that I'm wasting time and look at it as doing what I want, what's good for me.
