Kickin mind in the HAWAII tonight: , greatWow guys, just wow I wish I could send an individual message, but here it goes. Started the set with James Blake Retrograde & Limit to Your Love. Then moved to your Element Series. Touches me so so significant to hear words like: Unlike other elements Air is a constant mover. Especially cos not many around can even comprehend the meaning of it. So I'm grateful. Cos that was some primo balance practice. Exactly what I needed after 2 days of activities in which part 1: run and a full body open-air workout and part 2: 6-hour beach volley session. This was like having a hot shower after a late night December swim in Baltic Sea. It was just the perfect flow of all that I have become. Been practicing with you guys for some time now and thanks for the growth you have been able to hand. I'm currently taking the leap of freeing my soul of all there heaviness there is in the World, I hope you wish me luck and when I take it to Light, I would be glad to share it with you, as you are sort the people who appreciate what I am about to create. You so inspire me. Thanks for the session-namaste Lita

This was extremely challenging for me. Mainly because of all the work done on one leg, for an extended amount of time. My muscles & joints felt exhausted, & my knee literally gave out on me & down I went. I am working extremely hard on my balance as well, & recently was finally able to do & hold warrior 3. However, when many one legged poses are done in succession, & held, my muscles & joints get exhausted from all the work. & if I push myself, thinking I can make it through, my knees will give out from under me. It sucks. But I won't give up in the hopes that one day I'll be able to do it. As of now, I practise every day, twice a day (morning & evening, for a total of 2 hours. I will prob never be as flexible & strong as Julianna, given that I don't have a gymnast or dance background, & do have medical issues. But I am very happy with my progress. And thank you for challenging me when I come to my mat.

Hello, Juli I want to write this just to say how much appreciate you, and what do you mean to me I practice yoga from 2 years and btw. I am a teenager started at late 16 now I am 19 and so many things changed throughout that time, I even moved to another country alone to follow my dreams, but do you know what didn't change. My devotion to yoga and you are the reason for that. I can not describe how fulfilled I feel after practicing a sequence with you on youtube, although I find sometimes changes between positions too harsh on one side of the body, but I never give up and I will not for the future, because I love your work and your dedication to the thing that you love. Winners never quit, and quitters never win Love you

Hi Juliana. I've been watching your previous videos with great success, but I've noticed you've changed the music to a more intense lounge genre in the newer videos (including this, which I find rather stressfull to listen to while doing yoga and not at all meditative and soothing. Hope you'll take my request into consideration. And thanks for all the amazing videos you've been doing along the way.

Absolutely love the challenge and strength I feel within myself with the completion of this class. I have done this flow a couple times, and each time the arches of my feet hurt when I am holding certain poses. Is there anything I can alter to reduce this pain, or will the pain ease away when I develop more muscle strength in my arch area? Sending love, light, and peace to all

Thank you so much for these great videos They are very helpful. However, a lot of people have to stay inside of office all day and work, without being able to go out to nature as often or as freely as they want to, would you post some chair yoga? Something we can do even in office? Some 15mins office yoga or chair yoga would be really appreciated Thank you

While I do like to challenge myself with yoga, I wish the title included Advanced because I thought this would involve more stretching movements. I felt I needed to be more warmed up for the intense poses you were guiding us through. I love your videos but I'll return to this one on another occasion.
