I find it easiest to put the top two sections in buns on top of your head, have one half of the bottom sections on the bottom in a ponytail, then while working on the one bottom section lay the pieces that are not yet bleached over top of your hair laying over the opposite side bun. Work in small sections, it seems like it s a long time, but it s not. Please do not apply bleach to already blonde hair. Only apply to your mids, then roots, even I didn t leave it on my hair long enough, but got it light enough to dye it purple, also check your hair roughly every 10-15 minutes to see how close it is to your already bleached parts.

Love ya Brad and would love to give you the benefit of the doubt about the making of this video and the bs going on with balenciaga trending. I hope your team is now aware and we won't be seeing anymore of the brand in your videos. I love your videos, love watching you grow into your own successes but I cannot support anyone who is going to rep them through this. we all know what happens with the elites and it's time for it to come to light and stop.

Brad or any people who might know what to do, I have a question. I want to dye my hair holographic. I have wash out dye in my hair (black and red) and I need to get my hair white for holographic. Should I bleach it while the colour is still in or try wash out most of the colour out first? My natural hair is a dirty blond. Also do you think that having a my top layer of hair black, with the bottom holographic is a good idea?

O heard from a hairdresser that if u use splat in ur hair and then bleach it can cause ur hair to melt off because splat has a metal in it that reacts with the bleach however I had a tiny bit of splat in my hair and bleached mine and didn't fall out but I did have a hairdresser refuse to bleach my hair because of one spot of splat on my bangs that was faded, she said in beauty school a girls hair melted off from this

Can you do a video with miss mannequin showing some not too over-the-top colors/styles for when we get bored with our natural hair? I've had my same long, wavy, brown hair with natural highlights and curtain bangs for basically my entire life and I'm OVER it. Would love something to spice it up but still be professional enough to wear to work Maybe some auburn for fall? How to go ginger?

I absolutely adore your videos and a large part of me are glad so many people don t know what they are doing so we get these great videos but a much larger part of me wonders why the hell don t they don t go to professional hair stylists. They train and know what they are doing. I know it can be expensive, I know because I pay big bucks - and I don t mind at all. My hair is worth it.

Your Hello beautiful has made my life so much better. Watching your videos got me through my mastectomy, healing and implants because of my very high risk for breast cancer. At this point, with loads of actually good tutorials including many from Brad that actually explain the science behind bleaching and what to NEVER do, it's shocking how little some people learn before bleaching their own hair. I mean, not caring about their hair that much cuz it grows back is one thing but ruining it with utter carelessness is not it people.

Explain me, why all of these people don t go to hairdressers? People who actually know something about bleaching?
I have very problematic hair which I genetically got and I spend lots of money on different care products. I am dying my hair only at hair salon. I can t imagine doing something evil like this to my hair.

Apparently I m weird too Brad, because I even section my hair to straighten it. I cannot imagine taking a bowl of bleach to my hair unsectioned and randomly.
I think it s just that I prefer even results. I learned from you, Hair Buddha, and trial & error. I do 4 sections and then use a clip on the section I m on, as I work on it.

Rubber bands are bad enough for hair integrity as they create a kink in the hair but saturating the hair all the way into the bands allowed the chemicals to concentrate at the kinked spot and thus she chemically cut her hair. Her facial structure can handle a mini pixie cut so she can fix this.

. don't these people have a single friend to help them with the bleach? I mean. ok to be fair some of the ones that had friends helping them did not get greeeeat results either, but it HAS TO be easier to see the back of someone else's head than your own.
