My country is blessed with so many great baked goods and bread prodcuts, but sadly, bagles aren't amongst them. And now i really want to try a bagle, because those sure look tasty. Just surprised to hear someone say Lachs. Do Americans actually use that instead of salmon?

Considering all the crazy improvised foods shown in the series, I feel like Steven Universe could very easily get way more episodes on Binging with Babish. If a chick on Tumblr was able to do it, our favorite smooth-voiced media chef can too.

Well, I tried 4 different bagel recipes, finished shooting at 8pm yesterday and edited all last night - now the episode is live, and I can admit to myself and to the world. those bagels turned out a little small. Maybe go 85 grams on those balls.
