The world-famous Brad Leone makes BA's best pia coladas - just be careful, they may be sweet and delicious but they pack a punch. Freezing fresh pineapple definitely makes the best impact flavor-wise in this pia colada recipe, but you can use 8 oz. frozen pineapple if you wish

Step 1 - leave your pineapple on the counter for a little bit. Step 2 - put your pineapple chunks in the freezer the night before. Step 3 - ask blender company for more tops. Step 4 - mention ingredients for awesome drink and continue to not make that drink just mentioned. Step 5 - peer pressure friends into drinking alcohol in the afternoon. At work. Step 6 - receive it tastes like sunscreen as a compliment.

hehe. I'm with Brad on this one. I work in the corporate world. Day is well-over by 3pm and more of then than not the first drinks are in hand by now. Most times it's all the stuff you have to do afterwords that makes you drink. Not keeps you from drinking

As an old school bartender and trained mixologist, I agree with your dark rum floater. I still think a pineapple flag or stick is the classic garnish, but I do like your lime wedge garnish cut along the peel.

Ok Im so confused His 1 cup of rum was so huge compared to my individual 1 cup measuring cup. Ive seen that a few times with those Pyrex measuring cups, it looks like SO much more Anyone else?

Freezing the pineapple takes out a lot or the sugar, and converts it to acidity. I make pina coladas all the time, and I always use extra ice rather then freezing the pineapple.

I love how as the video progresses, Brad's speech gets a little more slurred. Haha Dont worry, people He taste tested every step of the way I mean, this IS BA's Best after all
