This was so interesting from a psychological perspective. Brad was out of his element and I have never seen him so hesitant and careful. Hes so funny and forgiving when cooking recipes, adding more garlic/water etc. as he feels. very neat to see the perfectionist in him come out. I can definitely see how it took him far in his career, to now where his true fun personality can drive the episodes.
