Really nice episode but, as an Italian, I don't get it why you would want to put some bechamel in a sandwich - maybe we are not that good at making sandwiches, but okay. Why would you put some bechamel sauce on sliced bread? I know it has some mustard and flavors in it but, I mean, it is basically like putting flour (bechamel) on top of flour (bread. And they are using a lot of it too. Sorry, but I would prefer some hollandaise souce (a spoon) and some fresh spinach leaves maybe. Or just a layer of spinach or arugula (rocket) leaves, a drop of olive oil, a touch of salt and that's it, the eggs will bring all of it together with their creaminess. I don't get it why British and American people love sauces so much and why do they need to eat incredibly moist food all the time. A sandwich doesn't need to be that moist, use your teeth and enjoy different textures from time to time You can also have a salad including only mixed vegetables later, here you are with your nutritional moist component Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, in my opinion it's just a matter of weird cultural clashes in tastes (but, as I said, perhaps we are not that good at making sandwiches)

antoni: tastes the bechemelme: flashbacks to the time I ordered alfredo and was served an unseasoned bechemellook, it just tastes like nothing, and also the pasta was overcooked. it wasn't a fun time.

I touched my earlobe after he mentioned it and its warm. Probably because its against my arm. My other earlobe is cooler. Im so jealous that he knows French, I could never get the hang of it

I'm not afraid of salt. No. God no. Me: I'M afraid of salt. Have you ever had too salty food where your mouth puckers up and you want to spit it out? Yeah, okay.
