The reason no one likes sotul is because of the look he gives brad after brad takes a drink of the 180 proof, it's like hes posing for a magazine shoot, hes basically saying, yeah I know its good, now I'll wait to see if your compliment satisfies me. Then brad proceeds to compliment, he even says, it's actually pretty good, but this is not good enough so sotul is dismissive, he says, well slow down, you don't wanna drink too much. And then brad is annoyed, as I would be.

I actually loved this episode. The tour guide is low energy compared to brad but it really lends a more serious note to the episode. I got to learn of a product that is rare but full of heritage and culture behind it, its a native Texan and Mexican spirit similar to mezcal or tequila and its really cool to get to learn about it through Brad and this show. I appreciate learning about my heritage and culture through unlikely sources. Thank you Brad.

that big copper thing is the same way they make gas for your car from black oil crazy but this dude just goes to the desert and picks the sotoll for free and turns it into spirit makes millions got to love America but ya know they got to hella tax to the government because you cant sell or make even a 1 with out the government taking half by force cuz if you don't pay you go to jail

Ken's personality matched w brad is just perfect. I love this guy. Imagine HIM and brad noodling. he'd be going at it with 100% stone cold composure during possibly the most absurd of situations. PS what happened to Hunzi? I vaguely remember hearing he left but now I'm confused if the devastation of vinny just made me make that up. Is he still on regular it's alive?

Sometimes Brad just needs to hush lol. Ken is very nice but he is a strong introvert. There is nothing wrong with that. Just because people are not like Brad, that doesnt mean its wrong or that he is being rude. He is slightly awkward and he doesnt do videos on the daily. Just remember everyone is different and there isnt anything wrong with that.

Brad has just the greatest personality and is so wonderful with everyone he works with. When Ken says he wasn't expecting Brad to do such a good job on his first plant and Brad says he has a good teacher he always says things like that to the people teaching him. He is so humble and kind and hilarious. I love this series so much

As someone from Sweden, considered by many to have extremely introverted citizens, I personally think that the Sotol worker wasn't very cold or rude, just a bit to the point and unused to the camera. The only thing I would say he could've improved significantly on is not letting Brad ask how things work.

Well now I'm curious to try and taste this Sotol thing. Seems amazing and unique in tasteThe guys was always kind. Quiet but kind, just introvert. Brad always cheering and playful but he always gets the taste right. I almost forgot how good he's in his job bc he's a big funny guy but still a great chef.
