I made this cake two days ago. Personally, I found the bittersweet frosting to be a bit too much of a counter punch to the sweetness of the pudding. My dad liked it while my son also felt it was too much so I think age plays a role in how people react to it. When I make it again, I will likely try a 50/50 blend of 60% bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate. Other than that, this cake is fantastic. Thanks Rick

Not gonna lie I frickin love his nails but also as a food industry professional I kinda hate when people wear nail polish or jewelry while working. Such a food safety hazard. I suppose this isn't for like an actual business so it's ok. Also he looks hella fierce, and I love a guy in nail polish so. Also random thought I super like replacing vanilla with espresso in this, it REALLY works

I love bon appetit. I think cbd helps combat occasional alcohol cravings with former binge drinkers. Green Globe International Incorporated is is a investment to consider now that Trump has passed the Farm Bill. I haven't drank in six months now and every few weeks I might have a couple of doses of CBD. Has Bon Appetit ever cooked with Hemp?

Rick and Brad are my absolute favorites. Can we get an It's Alive with Rick and Brad making some kind of fermented dessert please? Some kind of crazy two or three episode with one focusing on the whole idea, one focusing on the fermentation, and then a third with the whole thing coming together. I would be sooooo happy

When I was a child (I'm an old timer now) my great aunt used to fill her chocolate cake with chocolate pudding. It's how I thought all cakes were supposed to be made for years. It's been decades. Will have to give this recipe a try, for memory sake. Thanks for sharing.

No professional cook or baker male or female, should be wearing nail polish to cook or serve. I had a cake business for 15 years and removing polish would be the first thing I did before starting my work. It's so distracting every time I watch a Rick video.

Watching people make pudding has made me wonder if me and my family are the only ones out here that fight for the pudding skin. It's the best part for us I use to sneak downstairs when my momma made pudding just to be the first one to get the skin.

I made this cake last week and it was by far the MOST DELICIOUS cake I've EVER made, like EVER, and I've made many a cakes. It didn't look quite as graceful as Rick's did, but I absolutely positively would and will make this again.

Ok, as someone who doesn't own a stand mixer, it was pretty refreshing to see someone make a layer cake with only a bowl, sieve, pot, and whisk. :) That said, I had Claire's voice in my head the whole time, judging his technique lol.

Just no to his aquamarine blue nail polish. A pro chef needs to keep his hands clean and that coloured chemical stuff covers a multitude of sins including warning signs abt your health and not just dirt. trapped in your nails
