OK, first problem. You guys have been watching too many other people build pizzas, or have you been visiting too many Little Caesar's Pizzaria joints? STOP putting tomato sauce on the dough. It makes the dough too wet, and it never gets crunchy enough. Make the pizza without the sauce initially, THEN and ONLY THEN when the pizza comes out of the oven, dollop some thick pizza sauce on top. Don't smear it all over, just dollop here and there. Just enough for your taste buds, but not too much. Detroit style pizza rocks REMEMBER, THE DOUGH SHOULD NOT BE A CANVAS FOR RED SAUCE.

Apparently theses are professional chefs, and yet they have absolutely no clue about dusting a peel, preparing the pizza on the peel, and sliding a pizza into the oven. Dont get me wrong. I love them, love their work. I want them to succeed. And yet, it is like watching my sister trying to change a tire. Forget going to Italy to learn the ph of cheese. Go to a freaking Pizza Hut and learn to slide a pie into an oven. By the way, love to you all.

Sooo the big mystery -- who the hecka wrote no mushroom? I have eliminated Claire, Andy, Chris and Molly as all seem pro mushroom. Can't remember Carla's stance on mushrooms, nor Brads however, Brad has terrible handwriting and mushrooms was legible. Who wrote no mushrooms? Was it Carla? What's wrong with mushroom pizza Carla? Need the truth

I dont know why you wouldnt just put a finely shaved ham, quality ham not processed crap, instead of freakin mortadella? & then finely shaved garlic, onion & topped with rocket (arugula in the U. S. Sorry but arugula sounds like the sound an olden days car horn makes) when it comes out of the oven. oh, & Im with Chris- pineapple

You need to flour your table before places to pie only then can u slide the peel under, jst dusting the peel wont work. Shouldn't u'l have learnt to make a pizza in the 1st episode. I just lost ol my belief in u guy, i though u knew what u wer doing, loks like u'l r jst normal home cook.

Honestly, Molly's attitude with Adam was so rude. Lucky he laughed it off on camera. When she was like, it's our pie, you're not in the show blah, blah. She was dead serious and it was obvious. Imagine being an adult and unable to take any constructive criticism.

When people say I dont want fruit on my pizza my rebuttal ISSSSSS (drumroll please) that olives, bell peppers, and tomatoes in the sauce are also fruit. So traditional pizza toppings include fruit, just let pineapple lovers enjoy pineapple as a part of that

okay but I'm not wearing my glasses and when Carla walked toward the window I thought the caption said, Surprised Buzzard and it took me until they talked about the whiteout to realize it was Surprise Blizzard. I was so confused.

The two best pizzas I've ever had (first one outside of Napoli, second one in Portugal, both with tomato sauce)1) Mozzarella, pancetta, parmesan2) Dried cocktail tomatoes, basil, burrata (after cooking, local sardines

Aw, Chris is so nervous with with boss Andy - Molly's like a IDGAF wildcat though. I don't think there's anyone on this show that you wouldn't be perfectly happy to go for drinks with, everyone is so nice.
