The reason that only some of them are working is the potato keeps moving so sometimes you're getting slices in the same spot (Successful) and sometimes you're getting off-center slices (Failed) I'm only halfway through the video so I don't know if she figured this out already

I love the dedication with sharpening. But can someone please tell claire that whenever your using tools like a dremel, please tie your hair for safety. You can quite literally rip your hair and possibly some skin out if it gets caught, it was kinda nerve racking to watch.

you have to use the crinkle cut knife straight up and down like a chinese cleaver. if you cut the way you use a butcher knife, which has a slight rocking motion, you'll push the knife's ridges into the potato's ridges which is why that knife is so frustrating

6: 23 if anyone was wondering, sodium diacetate is just a salt of acetic acid - meaning, when dissolved in water (ie, when you eat it) you get sodium ions and vinegar. No need for concern, just tasty salt and vinegar flavoring.

All I can't think about when she throws away the potato she dropped is how potatoes grow in the dirt and are touched by a dozen people before they reach your kitchen. just wash it off again if it hits the ground?

If your hair is naturally gray like that then I really love it. If you dye or embellish it, then I really hate it. Either way I am unsubscribing because you haven't done anything different in like three years.

Interestingly enough Pringles are potato chips but due to a loss in a large suit with Lays(Pepsico) they legally cannot call themselves chips. Thats why theyre considered crisps. Ridiculous in my opinion

Ngl y'all, I don't know that I have ever seen Ruffles being sold in like convenience stores and stuff that WEREN'T All Dressed flavour. I think I did maybe once? All dressed is that popular up here.

Claire, you did well The end result is what matters, even if it was easy It's Gourmet Makes not Gourmet Challenge or Gourmet Struggles. You made it. Be happy, we like to see you happy. Great job

Hey Claire. If you want a challenge, you should try an Aero bar. Would be cool to see how you would mold chocolate around a kind of hardened mousse. Guess you wouldn't have to temper though.
