On Thanksgiving, what's better than stuffing? Nothing. Nothing is better than stuffing. It's the best. But what if it was truly perfected? We believe that perfect stuffing could lead to world peace. That's why on this episode of Making Perfect, our very own Chris Morocco and Rick Martinez are taking up the noble task of perfecting it

stuffing is best with a light fluffy flavorless bread to absorb all the turkey fat. The top has a little crisp but the stuffing is soft/smooth/creamy and fluffy. You want it to be minimal in flavor because you will be eating it with gravy and other strong flavored things. Its kind of the transitional dish between other thanksgiving foods. buttery smooth and delicious. keep the spices and herbs to a minimum.

I just started the video and I really hope they discuss Stuffing vs. Dressing. Because both are very different. Update: Thank you Rick for explaining the difference between dressing & stuffing. I prefer dressing over stuffing. Dressing is definitely an ethnic aspect. I dont know a single black person who makes stuffing, WE MAKE DRESSING

I think they are forgetting that theres a lot of people who dont have a ton of people to dole out dishes to make. I personally make everything but the turkey with just myself and my mom. No way we can bother doing all this insanely complicated fiddly stuff in all these dishes Wed be in the kitchen for 2 weeks Tone it down people, simplify.

Not a fan of adding spice/chilies/cornbread into one of the mainstays of Thanksgiving. I'd be disappointed to get that at Thanksgiving. Great as additional sides. spicy sausage with some cornbread, sounds great, but not in stuffing to matched with gravy and turkey. I'd just be tasting spice/chilies the whole time.

My family usually cooks onion, green pepper and celery in butter. Then they add poultry seasoning, chicken stock and white sandwich bread. I usually make my own bread for thanksgiving. I think their version and the ones they made in the beginning looks delicious but it would be too fancy for my family lol.

Stuffing is called stuffing because its stuffed inside the bird while cooking (this method is considered unsafe today. Stuffing that is cooked outside the bird is called Dressing. You may call semantics but there are many more minute things the are differentiated in the culinary world.

This isnt a universal Thanksgiving stuffing. Im super disappointed. This is supposed to be about making the perfect version of what the majority of us know and love. Not just what a few people like.

The best palate of BA working on the least exciting part of Thxgiving dinner. And I was hoping that Rick would bring a more chile en nogada stuffing into the mix, not a TexMex twist.

Need episodes where they swap roles. Chris tried to make gourmet pastries. Claire gets to go on vacation for its alive. Someone else gets their super palate tested by the recreation challenge

Sometimes I forget these guys are professional cooks, and then Chris whips up the best Asian American Mexican inspired fusion fried rice stuffing with so little effort. These guys are amazing
