Now these, I would actually make as a side (even though I'm not American and don't celebrate thanksgiving. I would make Brad and Andy's turkey but with a different bird and Ricky and Chris's stuffing but as a main meal those potatoes though. Let's not speak of that

I'm not gonna say I'm disappointed with the final brussels sprout dish they made, but this is Making Perfect; I'd say the fact that the same recipe was developed two separate times really shows how perfect that recipe is and should be part of the perfect dinner.

I am feeling so attacked by this series. The potatoes were too thin, turkey NEEDS to be fried, and who doesnt have sweet potatoes at thanksgiving? No one cares if it is all carbs. that is what thanksgiving is about, all the carbs

Dan D'Souza already taught us how to make the perfect Brussel Sprouts, backed by Science. You Halve them, place all cut side down on an oiled pan/skillet for maximum browning and then toss them around to brown the other side.

I really wish y'all had access to the apples that are available in WA state. There are so many varieties right now and they're all amazing. I have this feeling that the salad would've been incredible with a Pacific Rose apple.

Claire and Christina: I don't want to develop a recipe that requires specialty products. Also Claire and Christina: Let's develop a recipe that requires the viewer to buy seeds and grow their own squash.
