i like these videos for their education factor, but there are two things that always bother me: -that seems like a lot of wasted food, i hope it doesnt go to waste. -i love amiels commentary but i cant stand the eating/mouth noises. some videos the eating noises are so loud i cant finish watching the video.

oooooh no that tortilla looks sad. Sorry but, puting aside the debate of more or less cooked tortilla, this one is overcooked for sure, look at that brown crust No tortilla is supposed to look like that And the potato ratio, please add more potato and onion xD

I love BA and Amiel and I have no issue with him voicing the vids after filming but I don't enjoy the fake eating noises, why not just narrate them? why pretend lol Pls stop you vids are really interesting and this is really distracting >

I really like Amiel but I don't like his videos that much, especially the fake eating. Just tell us what it tasted like, you don't have to pretend to eat it there, it's so obvious it's fake, and especially more apparent in this episode: (

Turkey eggs are awesome I raise turkeys and chickens and prefer the turkey egg over a chicken egg. I have a turkey omelette about once a week. As with any omelette, it's fun to mix various meats and veggies into the egg.

19: 31 could have done mother and child, a version of that with salmon sashimi in place of the nori. Just an amusing thing I encountered at one point. Though personally I prefer tobiko over ikura, ikuras too oily for me.

I think my favorite way of cooking eggs is a kind of a combination between the French style omelette in a diner style omelette I will roll my eggs, but then I want them to be browned so I let them sit awhile.

Constructive criticism, your funnier when you act like yourself. I've seen you appear on several other BA shows this just seems too scripted (obviously it is) and so uhh yeah. Still kinda like ya

Bon appetit, I love you. Please stop making Amiel wave his hands around on camera. Its distracting and totally unnecessary. A voice over is a voice over. No need to pretend hes saying it live.

Introduce America to the salted duck eggs. The yolk is to die for when you find the oily ones. The thousand year egg needs to go along with some sauce or other food but is pretty good also.
