I live in a small town and I know I wont be able to get this kind of cut of meat or something super similar short of spending 400 for a whole pig and have it custom cut at a butcher. What would be a good alternative cut? It really would have to be a very basic cut: / but I do hunt for my own meat, would deer or elk be a good option, if so what kind of cut I wonder? Hopefully BA sees this Really wanna try this out

I have been hearing add a little salt to it a lot lately. Not just with your food, a lot of peoples food. That got me thinking is there anything else you can add besides more salt? Myself I like to taste the food instead of the salt.

At around 5: 31 when andy was alternately raising his eyebrows (awesome btw) he looked like that Paper Clip cartoon type thingy that is like the help support in the old Microsoft office. Its cute Do any one know that?

I'm that weirdo who sees onions and is like, that's never gonna happen because I hate onions, but thankfully I can just cut them out every time. Unfortunately I cannot afford most meat I like, so that's not so great.

So why not use beef stock instead of water? Im sure this dish is plenty flavorful, and Im super pumped to try it, but Im just a little curious. Would the stock mask the flavor of the spices or?

Why is everyone acting like he really used that much salt? Has anyone hear ever worked with fatty meats? Lol That was like a totally standard amount of salt for short ribs.

Looks delicious Does anyone have a good guide/app/book that will help scale down recipes for single person meals? Time frames are harder to scale than ingredients for me.

Why do you cook so much meat? It's not good for the climate Time to take your responsibility and show recipes that don't cause a huge release of green house gases.
