Honestly the one Molly said is life changing I enjoy cooking so much more now that I prepare everything before turning on any heat. I always thought it was a waste of time because I was impatient. I burned things constantly because I didnt have the next ingredient chopped

the audio is extremely low, you guys need to treat the audio separately, use a compressor and a limiter to up the levels, and maybe if you are feeling fancy use an eq to cut the frequencies you don't want.
